Our Services

Bad Ash Chimney Care provides chimney sweeping, inspection, and related chimney care services across Southern and Central Virginia. Contacting us is a request for contact and does not itself create a booking; all work is confirmed directly with you, and quotes for certain services (such as chimney caps) may be provided as estimates from photos and confirmed on site.

Enquiries & Communication

When you contact us or share your details — for example through the chat widget on this website, by phone, or by email — you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about your enquiry. Text messaging is governed by the SMS terms below and by the consent choices you make when you opt in.

SMS Terms

If you opt in to text messages from Bad Ash Chimney Care:

• You will receive the message types you consented to: customer care / transactional messages (enquiry follow-ups, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates) and, only if separately selected, marketing messages (offers and seasonal reminders).
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — contact your carrier for details.
• You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Estimates & Pricing

Prices communicated before an on-site assessment are good-faith estimates and may be adjusted once the work required is confirmed. We will always agree pricing with you before carrying out work.

Liability

We carry out all work with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies.
